Staintune BMW R1200GS 2009 Oval Slip-on

Muffler supplied with sleeve for OEM collector. For 2009 model year.

Staintune have been manufacturing exhaust systems for the GS range since they were introduced. While this has been a very successful range Staintune are continually looking at improvements to our past systems and have recently put the new model R1200GS through the R&D process.

Performance: The R1200GS has been given a 5Hp gain over standard which may vary +/- 1Hp between individual bikes. There is also no need to spend any extra on engine modifications re-mapping or tuning.

On road test the R1200GS really opened up with a much more responsive throttle which is most noticeable through the mid-range.

Weight Savings: By just using the single muffler there is a weight saving of 4.6 Kg's fitting the dummy reduces the saving to 2.8 Kg's

Finish: The system on the R1200GS consists of the lead pipe from under the bike and has an oval style muffler in Staintunes mirror finish.
