RETURN POLICY
All returns require that you first call us (650-966-1183, option 1) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 30 days of your original purchase.
We will accept merchandise for return, up to 30 days from purchase
date, if the item is in new and unused condition, in undamaged, original packaging with the following
exceptions:
- Special order returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- No returns on helmets.
- No returns on boots or gloves that show any wear.
- No returns on jackets or pants that may have the scent of smoke or
perfume or show any wear.
- No returns on any repair manual, both written or CD.
- No returns on electrical parts.
- No returns on sale or closeout items.
- No returns after 30 days from purchase.
